10th November 2017

Dear Parents/Carers,

On Thursday, we had a visit from a Local authority team who reviewed the progress we, as a school, have made since our Ofsted inspection in December 2016. They visited classrooms to see our learning environments, observed teaching, looked at pupils’ books and spoke with the children about their learning – as we do regularly as part of our own monitoring. We are delighted to let you know that they were very pleased with what they saw and heard. They confirmed our own judgements – that the areas for development are improving rapidly. The hard work that the pupils, staff and you are doing is reaping rewards, as we knew it would. Thank you for your support and loyalty. It is much appreciated and we need to be incredibly proud of what is being achieved.
